Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the product in its original packaging, ensuring it is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
